The Springboard Women’s Development Program is delivered in partnership with the British Council  and  is designed to empower women by equipping them with the tools and confidence to set and achieve goals. Through the program, women in Thuwal learn about skills and self-assessment, networking, image-building, assertiveness, how to take advantage of opportunities, problem-solving and how to take realistic steps to create positive change.

Graduates of the program develop a new set of skills, a renewed sense of purpose, an open approach to change and enhanced communication skills. The registration process is coordinated with the Female Community Center in Thuwal.  Candidates are selected according to the following criteria: must be at least 18 years old, keen to learn and improve and ability to show commitment.
